We went and visited Nikki down at Pheasant Fields Farm yesterday. I met Nikki a few years ago. I was interested in getting chickens and decided to talk to local farmers to find out the best coup designs and get advice on raising them. Nikki gave me tons of great info to get me started and since them we've kept in touch, she only lives a few miles down Clear Creek Rd. from me. Pheasant Fields Farm has been owned and operated by her family since 1949. Here is a little information on the history of her farm: http://www.pheasantfields.com/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=15&Itemid=44
Pheasant Fields offers a variety of products and activities throughout the year. Jennifer, you and your family are always welcome to come and visit our farm. It is a joy to watch your exceptionally bright son explore new things here. You are great with your camera. I appreciate the nice job you have done in sharing these photos with the community. I am prompted to write this because I just received a call from a friend telling me that there were great pictures of my farm on your site!
THANK YOU, too, for offering your photo skills during our Spring Egg Hunt in March! It will be fun to have a good photographer capture the smiling faces of the kids!!!
Farmer Nikki :)
