I picked, I'm estimating, between 60-70 lbs of plums off a friends tree. I made canned plum sauce,
honey plums, sweet and sour plum marinade and we ate quite a few! They are a earlier to ripen yellow plum. I believe they are called Easter Egg Plums.

My dad grows Shiro plums which look just like those and are ripe right now too... I think there are a lot of yellow plum varieties though! -Cammy
