More gluten free goodness



I realized my son, at 3 1/2, had NEVER had a sandwich! Most GF bread is dry, expensive and sugary. I have made a few GF/CF "breads"after fiddling around with recipes. They're like a pancake-crepe-bread hybrid. I have a potato bread version and also a pretty good buckwheat one. I make huge batches, freeze them and thaw out 2 whenever he wants a sandwich. He loves PB&J!
